Garage Grepper AG in Cham is a family-run garage business and an official partner of the brands Mazda and Honda. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, independent, and responsible individual as an Automotive Mechatronics Technician / Workshop Manager (80-100%).

Your tasks

• Diagnostic work on vehicles of the Mazda and Honda brands
• Service, maintenance, and upkeep work
• Professional repairs and fault analyses
• Training and supervision of our apprentices
• Coordination and organisation of the workshop in collaboration with customer service
• Ensuring a smooth workshop operation

Your profile

• Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician
• Ambitions as a workshop manager / automotive diagnostician
• Independent, reliable, and structured working style
• Enjoyment of modern vehicle technology and diagnostics
• Sense of responsibility as well as team and leadership skills
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting
