To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and technically skilled individual as Project Manager Real Estate & Facility Management (m/f/d). In this varied role, you will be responsible for technical projects as well as the efficient operation of building technology at our site in Fällanden. You will work closely with internal departments, external service providers, and our ESG team, actively contributing to the further development of our infrastructure and the achievement of our sustainability goals.

Responsibilities
- Main contact for building technology: Coordination of technical issues and collaboration with internal departments as well as external service providers
- Compliance and legal requirements: Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and provisions in the area of energy and building technology
- Technical leadership and management of external service providers: Technical guidance, management, and control of commissioned external partners regarding performance, quality, and satisfaction of internal clients
- Project management: Operational management of individual projects from initiation to completion – defining goals and milestones, resource and budget planning, managing internal and external stakeholders, risk management, and documentation
- Procurement management: Obtaining, reviewing, and preparing offers as well as creating meaningful procurement proposals
- Project control: Overall schedule, cost, and quality control of ongoing projects in the area of energy and building technology, including prioritisation, interface management, and reporting to management
- SAP and Onventis approvals: Order and invoice approvals in the SAP workflow and in Onventis.
- Energy optimisation: Development and implementation of measures and strategies for sustainable reduction of energy consumption at the site
- Energy officer at the site: Technical responsibility for energy efficiency, compliance with energy standards, and contact person for energy-related audits and reporting
- Support ESG and sustainability: Collaboration in the development and implementation of environmental and energy-saving measures in cooperation with the ESG team
Qualifications
- Several years of professional experience (approx. 3–5 years) in facility management, building technology, or technical project management
- Sound knowledge in the field of building technology (HVAC and/or electrical)
- Experience in leading projects including budget, schedule, and quality responsibility
- Experience in working with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Knowledge of energy management and interest in sustainable energy efficiency solutions
- German at native speaker level and English skills at least at B2 level
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and assertiveness
Ideally, you also bring
- Knowledge of relevant legal requirements in the area of energy and building technology
- Experience in procurement and contract management
- Knowledge of SAP and/or Onventis
- Experience in ESG, sustainability, or environmental management
- Experience with energy-related audits and reporting
