In your role, you will work for our brand Strike Advisory. Strike is the financing department of Neho. As an independent intermediary, we offer property buyers and owners the best mortgage and insurance solutions from the offerings of over 80 partners.

Your Tasks

• Comprehensive financing advice for prospective home buyers throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland

• Conducting advisory meetings - flexibly online or in person in our modern office premises

• Developing optimal financing strategies for your clients including risk analysis, protection, and potential for tax optimisation

• Presenting holistic pension solutions in the context of property financing as well as cross-selling corresponding products from our insurance partners

• Creating individual, tailor-made financing dossiers using modern tools and technologies

• Obtaining and comparing offers from financial partners as well as negotiating on behalf of your clients

• Professional qualification of top leads from the Neho ecosystem, generated within the framework of property marketing and specifically handed over to you

• Consistent management of the entire sales process - from initial contact through needs analysis to successful closing

• Positioning Strike Advisory as an independent, trustworthy partner in property acquisition

• Building a relationship of trust and supporting your clients through all steps of the property purchase (notary, bank, insurance, etc.)

• Successful and sustainable collaboration with Neho real estate agents

• Data maintenance in the CRM as well as monitoring and evaluation of targets and KPIs

• Attractive salary structure: fixed salary + variable, performance-related remuneration

• Close collaboration with the Neho sales team: qualified leads, an established network of buyers and owners, as well as valuable insights into the property market

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of experience in sales in the insurance industry or in intermediary business with a focus on pensions

• Completed or ongoing further training VBV, Financial Advisor IAF and/or Financial Planner with federal diploma

• Sound knowledge of property financing as well as the ability to analyse customer needs in a structured way and derive suitable solutions

• Strong closing orientation and ability to consistently pursue sales opportunities through to completion

• Excellent communication skills in German (native language), good English skills

• Structured working style with high organisational competence and strong ability to prioritise

• Enjoy working in a dynamic start-up with short decision-making paths and the opportunity to actively shape things
