You lead a team of eight field sales employees and service technicians and actively shape the sales strategy. - Implementation of the sales strategy for your region including target and action planning
- Leadership, motivation and further development of your team
- Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships as well as targeted new customer acquisition
- Consulting with a focus on "Value Selling" and long-term customer success
