We are looking for a
Head of Purchasing/Disposition 100% for our purchasing department in Reinach/BL, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
As the person responsible for the disposition of our entire range (non-strategic
purchasing), you will lead a small team that can benefit from your previous experience in
purchasing - preferably consumer goods. You are the hub for our internal and external contacts, taking on the disposition of a
sub-range yourself and regularly participating in cross-departmental projects. You are responsible for optimizing stock levels and procurement costs while avoiding out-of-stock situations and shelf-life risks. In this context, you ensure the correct determination and reporting of needs to the suppliers. You support the Product Management in strategic purchasing negotiations with the
suppliers, especially in the design and monitoring of purchasing goals. Furthermore, you are responsible for the careful maintenance of item master data and alcohol accounting. An interesting and varied activity awaits you, which
you can actively shape with your team.
Your profile
You have a commercial education (ideally with further training FHS or similar) and several years of experience in a comparable position. We are looking for a goal-oriented, assertive personality who understands operational contexts and possesses organizational skills. You have experience in imports and bring good application knowledge of MS Office programs and ideally also of
SAP (Module MM). Very good German and English skills are required,
French and Italian are an advantage.
