About the job
What you will do here
- Co-coordination of the Grants Hub BFH (Post-Grant) including further development of the network and its goals
- Professionally lead and coordinate post-grant topics (SNF, Innosuisse, EU) and ensure efficient knowledge management
- Take on professional responsibility as the contribution-managing office for the SNF (financial reports, advising researchers and project leaders on financial and administrative questions regarding SNF projects)
- Coordinate HKB research finances: budgeting, project controlling, coordinating appointments, planning workloads
- Ensure interface management and close collaboration with the departmental research administration as well as central services (controlling, HR, IT)
What you ideally bring with you
- University degree (business administration, public management or similar) and/or further training in accounting/controlling (e.g. expert in accounting and controlling)
- Several years of experience in grants management, ideally in the university and funding agency environment, as well as leadership experience (lateral)
- Strong communication skills in German, French and English
- Pronounced analytical and conceptual skills as well as affinity for digital tools/systems (especially SAP) and practical design of efficient processes
- Enjoyment in coordination and collaboration with various stakeholders as well as openness towards the arts sector
