To strengthen our client’s team - a recognised asset management / wealth management company operating worldwide - we are looking for a committed and experienced Head of Compensation & Benefits (100%).

Your Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing compensation strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Analysing and monitoring market trends to ensure competitive compensation and benefits programmes.
• Advising and supporting management on all matters related to compensation & benefits.
• Creating and maintaining compensation policies and processes.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the area of compensation.
• You will lead and develop the C&B, Global Mobility, and Payroll teams, as well as promote a culture of performance and collaboration.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in business administration, human resources management, or a related field - preferably in compensation and benefits.
• 5-10 years of experience in compensation & benefits, ideally in a leadership role - preferably experience in a publicly listed, internationally operating company.
• Sound knowledge of labour and social security laws.
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
