The Oberengadin Health Care Foundation is responsible for the medical basic care of the population and guests with the largest hospital in South Graubünden, the Promulins nursing home, and the Spitex Oberengadin in Samedan.
For the Spitex area, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a
Dipl. Nurse HF/FH with Case Management (50 - 80%)
Your profile
- Degree in nursing HF/FH or equivalent diploma recognized in Switzerland (SRK)
- At least two years of professional experience in nursing
- Interest in case management and nursing process control
- Strong communication skills: German spoken and written, Italian and other languages are an advantage
- Customer-oriented actions and thinking
- Flexible, empathetic, and motivated personality
- Precise, independent, and organized working style
- Driver's license category B
Your tasks
- Professional nursing and care of patients in complex nursing situations at home
- Case management and control of the nursing process
- Co-responsibility for work organizational tasks in the role of daily supervisor
- Use of various nursing techniques including kinesthetic methods
- Goal- and solution-oriented collaboration within the interdisciplinary team
- Competent handling of electronic report recordings
