Your main responsibilities
You will handle administrative tasks such as applicant management, formalities from the entry to the exit of employees, create employment contracts, write references, schedule appointments, and organize various events.
Your profile
You are currently completing your basic training as a commercial employee (Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ) at a business school and bring a lot of joy for administrative tasks and great motivation for human resources for the upcoming internship year. You work accurately, organized, and reliably, have a quick understanding, and maintain an open, friendly, and helpful interaction with others. You communicate in fluent German and have good IT user skills.
