- Support and advice for sales outlets in French & German
- Recording of credit notes
- Preparation and dispatch of sales documents
- Monitoring of order receipts
- Administration of Naturena courses
- Execution of various administrative tasks
We look forward to this profile
- Completed commercial training as well as professional experience in sales internal and customer service
- Fluent German and very good French skills
- Proficient PC user skills (MS Office), SAP S/4Hana
- Communicative personality as well as customer-oriented and independent working style
