Your responsibilities
- Professional and personnel management of the Finance, Administration and ICT departments
- Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including consolidation
- Management of budget, forecasts and multi-year planning
- Further development of controlling, cost accounting and reporting
- Optimisation and assurance of efficient financial processes in quality management
- Management and further development of ICT in collaboration with external partners
- Active participation in the Executive Board team and contribution of own impulses
Your profile
- Completed higher education in finance and accounting (FH / professional certificate)
- Several years of experience in finance, ideally in the NPO or healthcare sector
- Leadership experience and the ability to develop and promote teams
- Strong digital affinity and confidence in handling ICT systems
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- High service orientation and very good German language skills
