As our new clerk 80-100% for official procedures and bankruptcy, you are an important part of our young, nine-member clerical team.
What is your task?
- After careful training, you efficiently and independently carry out numerous official registration procedures
- Another focus of your daily work is the processing of bankruptcy cases
- You carefully check commercial register applications and documents for legal compliance and completeness
- You create error-free registration orders
- You provide competent and friendly information to our customers, i.e. companies, lawyers, fiduciary firms, and private individuals
What you bring
- A cheesecake on your first day of work (alternatively, a chocolate cake is also fine)
- You have completed your commercial training and already gained several years of professional experience in a comparable work environment
- You are interested in legal and corporate law topics and are confident in dealing with legal texts
- Your quick comprehension, your interconnected thinking, and your very efficient way of working characterize you
- You are up to date with computer technology and confident in digital work environments
- You have excellent German skills and ideally additional foreign language skills
- Because you are resilient, it does not unsettle you if the stack is a bit higher sometimes
- Thanks to your high self-motivation, you also approach repetitive tasks with concentration and perseverance
