- As a Senior Consultant/ Assistant Manager of our Swiss payroll team, you'll:
- Deliver expert advice on payroll and compensation matters, building trusted relationships with clients
- Own client management from scoping through delivery, ensuring exceptional results and client satisfaction
- Support business development by identifying opportunities to expand our Payroll offering with existing and new clients
- Contribute to team excellence by mentoring junior consultants and sharing best practices
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying innovative approaches to payroll service delivery
Who We Are Looking For
- You have minimum 2-5 years of professional experience within practice or an in-house team providing compensation/payroll services to multinational clients and /or expatriates.
- You're a detail-oriented professional with strong payroll expertise and a proven track record of delivering high-quality client work.
- You're self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to the professional development of you and your team.
- You communicate clearly with clients and colleagues alike, and you take pride in delivering exceptional service.
- You hold a qualification in fiduciary services or a degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline, complemented by further training in HR, payroll or tax.
- Knowledge of various payroll accounting systems such as Abacus and SAP (others are an advantage) and a high affinity for Artificial Intelligence and technology
- You have excellent technical as well as analytical skills and are a reliable team player.
- You have excellent command of English and are fluent in either French or German; additional language skills are considered a significant advantage.
