Call Agent Certas Support Line 60-100% (m/f/d)

YOUR MISSION WITH US

• You process and coordinate the on-call orders of our clients
• You provide remote support and control parking systems, lifts and secured premises
• You perform administrative tasks / changes and compile statistics
• You support our alarm centre with maintenance requests and technical reports
• Willingness to work flexible hours: shift work from Monday to Saturday from 06:00 to 22:00 (Sunday work in exceptional cases)

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have completed basic training (industry-independent)
• You are confident in using MS Office and Windows
• Security and technical affinity: You remain calm in alarm situations and quickly familiarise yourself with technical topics.
• You have a good command of German, both spoken and written, and bring at least one foreign language (E/F/I) at B1 level
• Solution-oriented action: Reliable in standard situations, smart with exceptions - thanks to networked thinking, you always find the right solution.
• For this position, we require a flawless criminal record and debt collection register extract
