The EOC, the multi-site hospital of Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds. The organization effectively combines a local approach with an overall vision, guaranteeing the population a comprehensive and nearby hospital offer, regardless of where the services are requested.
Thanks to the commitment and competence of over 5,000 collaborators and their attention to human relationships, the EOC ensures quality healthcare to 380,000 patients annually.

Profile
The future collaborator has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to perform their work achieving high-quality results; they have ease in learning new techniques and are interested in innovations; they can work independently and use their time effectively and efficiently. They are a person capable of asking for feedback and learning from the advice received in order to improve their performance and services. They believe, as we do, in the importance of putting the patient and their family at the center of all our attention.
Necessary requirements
- certificate of care assistant and/or federal certificate of competence as a socio-health operator (or equivalent recognized titles)
- availability to work all shifts (including nights)
- good stress management
- attitude towards quality service and multidisciplinary collaboration
- balanced character, flexibility, and positive attitude
- knowledge of main IT tools (office package) is essential
