Property Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 105,000Role:
Are you an experienced property expert (m/f/d) looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and innovative environment? Then we have the perfect position for you! Our client is seeking a committed property expert (m/f/d) to strengthen the property management team and take responsibility for managing various properties. In this exciting role, you will work closely with the head of property management and be able to apply your skills in a demanding environment.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities as a property expert (m/f/d) include:
- Management and administration of various properties, including the development and implementation of strategies to optimise the property portfolio
- Responsibility for the commercial and technical management of the properties, including planning and monitoring maintenance and renovation measures
- Handling tenant changes and lettings, including negotiating rental contracts and conducting apartment inspections and handovers
- Preparation of annual budgets and operating cost statements as well as continuous optimisation of management processes and systems
- Support in the acquisition of new properties and the development of property projects
- Professional leadership and support of junior clerks as well as collaboration with internal and external partners
Qualifications:
To be successful as a property expert (m/f/d), you should have the following qualifications:
- Completed training as a real estate specialist with a federal diploma or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in property management, ideally in a comparable position
- Very good knowledge of property management software (e.g. Abacus, SAP, Yardi) as well as sound knowledge of tenancy law and operating cost accounting
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- High customer orientation, an independent and precise working style as well as a high degree of teamwork
- Experience in advising internal and external customers on all property matters as well as in the development of property projects
