Your Role

In this position, you will build the Digital Solutions division and develop new digital business areas, solutions, and business models – from the initial idea to successful market establishment.

In doing so, you combine entrepreneurial thinking with a keen sense of market and customer needs as well as digital trends and technologies. You identify attractive business potentials, assess them in terms of their strategic and economic relevance, and consistently drive promising approaches forward.

Your Tasks

• Identify new market and customer potentials and develop digital business ideas and solutions from them
• Evaluate strategic and economic attractiveness and develop viable business cases
• Drive promising ideas from validation through piloting to market launch and scaling
• Develop go-to-market approaches and acquire customers for new solutions
• Build strategic networks and partnerships and examine suitable build, buy, or M&A options
• Create necessary structures and competencies and gradually build and lead a high-performing team

Your Profile

• Completed studies with an economic, technical, or digital focus
• Several years of experience in developing and building digital business models, products, or services
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and enthusiasm for building new business areas
• Strategic and analytical strength with a high level of implementation and result orientation
• Experience in business development, go-to-market, and customer acquisition
• Good understanding of digital technologies, markets, and business models
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and pronounced networking and leadership competence
