Company Description
The Public Institutions for Integration (EPI) have the mission to contribute to the well-being and social and/or professional integration of people with disabilities or facing difficulties in professional and/or social integration. More than 900 people are supported in very varied contexts.
An ambitious and meaningful project
We are strengthening support and care practices in two reception structures, Kaolin and Intera, designed to meet the needs of people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Intellectual Developmental Disorder (IDD) in complex situations.
This project, based on mixed socio-educational and medico-therapeutic support, aims to become an example of best practices, a reference place where the most recent, validated and effective approaches will be implemented.
Our ambition is clear:

- to give beneficiaries the means to develop their skills and autonomy
- to provide professionals with a solid, innovative working environment supported by a structured methodology and a robust training and support system

To complete the reinforcement pool of the socio-educational service E, which will intervene notably at Kaolin and Intera, we are looking for a social-educational assistant.
Job Description
- Support people with ASD and challenging behaviours in their daily lives, using adapted and evolving approaches.
- Co-construct and implement individualised support projects in collaboration with a committed interdisciplinary team.
- Actively participate in experimentation, evaluation and continuous improvement of practices: you will be an actor of innovation.
- Promote socialisation, cultural activities and leisure, opening beneficiaries to the community.
- Bring your professional and creative perspective to make this project a collective and sustainable success.
Qualifications
- For the social-educational assistant role: Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as social-educational assistant and SEFRI recognition
- Knowledge of ASD and/or strong willingness to train in depth.
- Experience in supporting or caring for people with challenging behaviours and in complex situations: a significant asset.
- Strong interest in innovative approaches, research and application of best internationally recognised practices.
- Strong interest and/or experience in interdisciplinary work
- High adaptability, team spirit and motivation to contribute to a large-scale project.
- Fluency in French and proficiency with common office software.
- Mastery of the French language.
