Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the production/workshop area
• Personnel and professional management of subordinate employees
• Work preparation/planning of production
• Practical work in the carpentry production
• Monitoring of deadlines as well as control of equipment/machines/tools
• Documentation of production processes
• Creation of daily/operational reports
• Inventory control and material orders
• Responsibility for compliance with PPE

Your Profile

• Completed training as a carpenter, joiner or similar
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Leadership experience
• Very good manners regarding communication
• German spoken and written, English skills advantageous
• Driving licence category B, forklift licence
