The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be extensively modernized in the coming years through new or renovated buildings and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments.

The specialized medical long-term care department offers space for around ten residents, of which five places are available for residents requiring ventilation. Deputy Head of Nursing Department High Care Levels (m/f/d)

Area Nursing Department High Care Levels, workload 80 – 100 %

In this role, you will support us:

• You support the head of the nursing department in leading the nursing team of around 35 employees and trainees both professionally and personally and represent them in their absence
• You create the personnel deployment planning in consultation with the head of the nursing department using Polypoint PEP
• You ensure the care and support of our residents within the framework of primary nursing, which includes professional and evidence-based care
• You take on daily responsibility and work in nursing

You can convince us with:

• You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF / FH or an equivalent recognized qualification
• You bring experience in acute or long-term care as well as experience in tracheostomy care and ventilation management or are willing to acquire this knowledge
• You have already gained initial leadership experience and want to deepen it, or you aspire to establish yourself in leadership
• You know RAI-NH and Polypoint PEP
• You are an empathetic, innovative, flexible, and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
