We are looking for a
Event Sales Specialist – Catering (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Acquisition of new customers as well as support and expansion of existing customer relationships
- Consulting, sales and development of individual catering and event solutions
- Preparation of offers, calculations and contracts as well as CRM data maintenance
- Planning, coordination and quality assurance of events with internal and external partners
- Market observation as well as representation of the company at trade fairs and networking events
Your profile
- Completed training or studies in event management, hospitality, gastronomy or similar fields
- Experience in the event or catering industry, ideally in sales
- Confident appearance and strong communication and consulting skills
- Creative flair for event design and catering concepts
- High organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally CRM tools
- Flexibility regarding working hours, e.g. for evening or weekend events
