Job Description

You are in charge of the entire Stewarding team of the hotel and ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene and organisation standards within the back-of-house areas of the establishment. You are also responsible for waste management as well as monitoring the stock of crockery, equipment and cleaning products, contributing to the smooth daily operation of the establishment.

Your daily tasks will be as follows:

Establish the needs for cleaning products
Control the entry and exit of equipment, crockery
Ensure the proper implementation and functioning of cleaning equipment
Check equipment, ensure maintenance and handling
Supervise the work of subordinates throughout the day
Perfect mastery of sanitary standards and HACCP protocols
Master the rules in force on waste management
Plan, organise and optimise working time
Establish a favourable atmosphere for teamwork
Anticipate needs and resources deployed
Control daily, weekly and monthly inventory
Ensure good relations with all relevant departments (kitchen, accommodation, dining room)

Qualifications

Experience: You have significant experience in a similar position, ideally in a 5-star or Palace establishment.

Personality: Organised, rigorous and with an excellent eye for detail, you ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards. You are recognised for your managerial qualities, team spirit and ability to work effectively in a demanding environment.

Skills: You master supply management, hygiene and safety procedures as well as basic computer tools.

Languages: Must speak, read and write French. Proficiency in English is required.

Availability: From 20 June 2026.
