Your area of responsibility
- You take on the interface function between management and the two administrative employees.
- Independently preparing customer letters and documentation is part of your responsibilities, as well as updating and checking construction cost accounting.
- You competently support our project managers in construction and project administration.
- With your logical and networked way of thinking, you actively participate in projects and relieve both the project managers and management.
- Your versatile area of responsibility is rounded off by assistance tasks in accounting and human resources.
Your strengths
- You have a commercial basic education and have already gained several years of experience in a comparable position.
- You master the common MS Office programs flawlessly.
- Your German skills are stylistically secure and you are practiced in writing business correspondence.
- You work structured, precisely, and independently and keep an overview even in hectic moments.
- In addition to your confident communication skills, you have a pronounced flair for numbers.
