Your tasks
- Implementation, according to instructions from the superior, of the legal provisions in the asylum area as well as in the expulsion of foreigners
- Representation of the office in this area before the coercive measures court
- Maintenance of the internal and external relationships necessary for this activity in coordination with the superior
- Participation in the administration of the Asylum and Expulsion Enforcement Section
- Execution of tasks entrusted by the superior, or acting as their deputy during absences
Desired profile
- Licence or Master in Law
- Skill in drafting
- Skill in interpersonal dealings and strong persuasiveness
- Good adaptability
- Fluency in French or German with very good knowledge of the other language
