Head of Language School NSH 80% - 100% (m/f/d)

Your task

You will take over the management of the language school and actively develop this area – focusing on the market, customers, and sustainable development. You will be visible not only in leadership but also present in teaching – with a workload of 40% leadership and 40–60% teaching in the NSH business or language school area.

What counts in everyday life:

• You actively engage externally, build networks, and acquire new customers (companies, authorities, communities)
• You maintain existing relationships and develop them purposefully
• You are present daily and in direct contact with participants and clients
• You bring impulses from the market and further develop offerings together with the school management
• You are responsible for the budget, utilisation, and economic success of the language school

This role requires presence, energy, and the ability to win over and connect people.

Your requirements

• Experience in building customer relationships or sales
• Qualification or interest in teaching
• Strong communication skills and a winning personality
• High initiative, reliability, and enjoyment in contact with people
• Ideally experience in a leadership role
