About the job
Your Tasks
- Technical and commercial management of projects from the quotation phase to handover to the client
- Calculation and preparation of quotations as well as cost estimates
- Site management including material procurement as well as schedule and quality control
- Leading employees including conducting staff appraisals and assisting with recruitment
- Customer support, negotiation with suppliers, engineers, architects and construction professionals
- Controlling your own projects
- Implement, monitor and regularly inform about occupational safety/health protection goals
Your Profile
- Completed basic training as a roofer with further training as a roofer foreman
- Several years of professional experience, ideally with initial leadership experience
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Independent, precise and conscientious working style with a confident manner towards internal & external partners
