Your Tasks

Technical and commercial management of projects from the offer phase to handover to the client
Calculation and preparation of offers as well as cost estimates
Construction site management including material procurement as well as schedule and quality control
Leading employees including employee discussions and assistance with recruitment
Customer support, negotiation with suppliers, engineers, architects, and construction professionals
Controlling of own projects
Implement, monitor, and regularly inform about occupational safety/health protection goals

Your Profile

Completed basic training as a roofer with further training as a roofer foreman
Several years of professional experience, ideally with initial leadership experience
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as good knowledge of the MS Office suite
Independent, precise, and conscientious working style with a confident demeanor towards internal & external partners
