Project Manager Roofing (100%)

Your Tasks

• Technical and commercial management of projects from the offer phase to handover to the client
• Calculation and preparation of offers as well as cost estimates
• Construction site management including material procurement as well as schedule and quality control
• Leading employees including employee discussions and assistance with recruitment
• Customer support, negotiation with suppliers, engineers, architects, and construction professionals
• Controlling of own projects
• Implement, monitor, and regularly inform about occupational safety/health protection goals

Your Profile

• Completed basic training as a roofer with further training as a roofer foreman
• Several years of professional experience, ideally with initial leadership experience
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as good knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Independent, precise, and conscientious working style with a confident demeanor towards internal & external partners
