Your Tasks
- You competently and individually support our residents with basic care
- You accompany elderly people in their daily lives and respond to their personal needs
- You ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and assist with household tasks
- You carry out care documentation thoroughly and independently
- You work together with your team to ensure high care and quality of life
Your Profile
- Training as a Health and Social Assistant, Care Helper SRK or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in a similar role - experience in long-term care is an advantage but not a requirement
- Joy and empathy in dealing with elderly people
- Good oral and written German skills
- An independent and reliable way of working
- Flexibility and resilience
- Enjoyment of teamwork
