Your Tasks

• Care and support of patients in the geriatric psychiatric setting within a family-centred approach
• Design of the nursing process in core team work with the patient, relatives, as well as internal and external specialists
• Coordination, leadership and evaluation of milieu- and nursing-therapeutic groups
• Action in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations
• Learning support for apprentices and students in nursing professions

Your Qualifications

• Professional experience in psychiatry, somatics and/or in the elderly care sector
• High social and personal competence as well as a structured way of working
• Willingness to support change processes, to embrace new things and actively shape changes
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
• CAS in Gerontology or willingness to complete one
