What you will achieve

Planning, didactic design, and target group-oriented development of product training
Definition and standardization of training methods and learning content
Development of course materials and e-learnings
Conducting product training for internal customers (Securiton employees)
Teaching advice and coaching for product management and support staff

What you bring

Successfully completed training as an adult educator with federal diploma or comparable
Completed training as an electrician EFZ or IT specialist EFZ
In-depth professional experience in adult education
High presentation skills, methodical and structured working style
Very good language skills in German and proficient in French or vice versa
