Your tasks
- Care and support of residents in the nursing department and in the retirement apartments together with the nursing team
- Ensuring high-quality care and support
- Daily responsibility for a nursing department
- Implementation of quality guidelines in cooperation with the specialist office
- Supervision of trainees
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a Health Specialist
- High social competence and a professional appearance
- Strong resident and service orientation
- Convincing commitment and independent working style
- Team spirit, flexibility and willingness to take responsibility
