Your mission with us
- Advise and support: You are a competent contact person for employees and managers of a defined specialist area and contribute your experience in a solution-oriented manner.
- Create instead of just processing: You actively support us in building a "Best-Class Human Resources Management" – with ideas, pragmatism, and passion.
- Numbers & processes: You take on tasks in absence management, prepare interim and work certificates, and also contribute your flair for numbers in the deputy role of payroll accounting.
- System affinity: You support and advise around the time recording system and contribute to smooth processes.
- Team player: Holiday cover and mutual support are a matter of course for you.
What you bring
- Solid know-how: Commercial apprenticeship with further training as an HR specialist.
- Experience in healthcare: You know the special features and processes of a clinic or a similar environment.
- Experience & accuracy: Several years of professional experience in HR management, precise and service-oriented working style.
- Calm & overview: Even in hectic moments, you remain focused, solution-oriented, and never lose your sense of humor.
- Language: You communicate confidently in your native German language.
