Recruitment:
Recording and prioritizing personnel needs in close cooperation with the operational areas
HR Systems Maintenance:
Requirement recording and applicant management in the HR4You tool
Job Advertisements:
Creation based on requirement profiles, management of platforms (e.g., jobs.ch), and evaluation of new recruitment channels
Applicant Management:
File triage, conducting interviews (phone/online), coordination of recruitment days, trial days, and support until hiring
Interface Function:
Close cooperation with line managers, site and team leaders, as well as internal departments (HR, ICT, planning, etc.)
Site Responsibility Fribourg:
Contact point for HR questions, coaching and support of employees with development potential, support of local management
Education & Experience:
Commercial basic training with HR further education (HR specialist certificate advantageous)
Several years of experience in recruiting and operational HR environment, ideally in the service or call center sector
Language Skills:
German: native speaker, confident in spoken and written language
French: very good knowledge in spoken and written language (absolutely required)
Italian: an advantage
IT Skills:
Proficient use of Google Workspace, Excel, Word; experience with HR4You and Abacus is an advantage
Personality:
Trustworthy, discreet, resilient; organizational talent with quick comprehension
Communicative, reliable, and assertive; quality-conscious, dependable, and with entrepreneurial thinking
