Job Description

We are looking for a versatile worker within our metal framework workshop. Attached to the cutting team, the main tasks of this position are:

• Read and interpret manufacturing plans
• Handle metal parts, profiles and sheets
• Carry out preparation operations on parts: marking, notching, chamfering and grinding
• Check the conformity of the manufactured parts
• Ensure respect of manufacturing deadlines and production priorities
• Perform basic maintenance of the tools and equipment used

Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated, autonomous and organised person with experience in metal construction. You are able to work independently as well as in a team and demonstrate precision in task execution.

The following skills are required:

• Knowledge of metal construction
• Plan reading mandatory
• Experience in handling metal parts, profiles and sheets
• Overhead crane licence mandatory
• Good command of French
• Experience in chamfering, grinding and notching on special parts
• Sense of responsibility and respect for safety rules
• Flexibility and versatility in production tasks

Experience in a metal framework workshop is an advantage.
