The Galvaswiss Group operates the largest hot-dip galvanizing plants, paint shops, and powder coatings in Switzerland. For our location in Aarberg (BE) with approx. 140 employees, we are looking for a reliable and committed person as of January 1, 2026

Foreman Industrial Painter (Wet Paint) (m/f/d) 100%

What to expect from us:

Professional wet painting of metal and steel components
Preparing the workpieces by sandblasting and pre-sanding
Hanging and removing the material before and after coating
Checking surface quality and ensuring compliance with our quality standards
Packing the finished coated material
Leading a well-coordinated team

What you ideally bring:

• Experience in wet painting or comparable areas is an advantage

• Manual skills and careful working method

• Physical resilience and reliability

• Teamwork, flexibility, and ideally already leadership experience

• Good knowledge of German
