Responsible for identifying and developing the sales strategy in collaboration with the sales manager
Implementation of the sales strategy, achievement of sales and financial targets, execution of corresponding marketing activities, and daily management of sales processing
Maintaining and further accelerating growth potential for the international market, as we already serve the key players in the market
Coordination with application technology regarding pricing, order processing, customer issues, etc.
Project-specific leadership and collaboration with the technical development team in developing new projects and improving existing portfolios (depending on customer/market needs)

For optimal fulfillment of the tasks, you need the following professional qualifications:
Degree in economics, business administration, mechanical engineering, or another relevant field
Proven success in sales in the trade and food industry
Solid industry knowledge (market, consumers, customers) in the area of chocolate, confectionery, and baked goods
Language skills: fluent in German & English
At least 10 years of sales experience in the food industry, preferably in packaging
Experience dealing with direct customers from the food industry, especially in the areas of confectionery, baked goods/cookies, and chocolate
Proven achievements: demonstrable success throughout the entire cycle of new business development and expansion of existing businesses (volume and sales)
Familiarity with and experience in conducting tenders/long-term supply contracts with strategic customers as well as experience with solution-oriented offers
In-depth knowledge of the supply chain with proven ability to lead various internal stakeholders when supply chain issues arise that require commercial measures, and able to offer a recommended, mutually beneficial solution
