We are looking for a Shift Supervisor for Coriolis Tube Manufacturing (m/f/d) to complement our team and help shape the production of a central core component of our Coriolis flow measuring devices. In this role, you will ensure that quality, safety, and teamwork go hand in hand in shift operations and that our products are reliably used worldwide.

In this role, you combine leadership, organisation, and technical understanding, thereby making an important contribution to products used worldwide in the process industry.
What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- lead up to 10 employees in a two-shift operation, including conducting employee discussions and continuously developing the team.
- ensure the operational daily business, including employee scheduling, focus on error-free assembly, and actively addressing bottlenecks.
- be responsible for meeting targets regarding quality, deadlines, and quantities.
- take responsibility for compliance with quality and safety regulations and actively implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- conduct active shopfloor management to control the shift and transparently monitor goals.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- have completed a basic technical training.
- bring at least 3 years of leadership and professional experience.
- have experience in applying lean methods.
- possess good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
- communicate very well in German, both orally and in writing.
- are characterised by communication and teamwork skills, a sense of responsibility, and independence.
