Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Organisation, coordination and control of construction processes and schedules on site as well as handover and commissioning
• Ensuring and enforcing occupational safety on construction sites
• Monitoring and adherence to costs, deadlines and quality requirements - quality assurance between plans and contracts
• Preparation of tender and contract documents based on the received plans, knowledge of standards
• Collaboration and coordination of planners and contractors, support or takeover of project management as needed
• Reporting to the responsible project manager of the executive management

Your Profile and Mindset

• Completed training as a certified construction manager or civil engineering technician HF with several years of professional experience
• Good understanding of plans, cost awareness, punctuality, sound knowledge of current Swiss construction standards and guidelines
• You work efficiently, committed, pragmatically, can handle pressure, are used to meeting deadlines and asserting yourself
• Good IT application skills for performing tasks in a digitalised environment
• Reliability, conscientiousness, resilience, team player, interested, committed, structured and solution-oriented
• You appreciate the dynamic environment and gladly take on responsibility
