Your Area of Influence

• You lead and develop the building services engineering department with an entrepreneurial perspective and actively shape its future.
• You manage demanding building services projects from the initial idea to successful completion, keeping an eye on quality, deadlines, and cost-effectiveness.
• You develop future-proof, sustainable, and economically convincing solutions together with our clients in the HVAC sectors.
• You build and expand strong customer and partner relationships and maintain your network with clients, planners, architects, general contractors, and other market partners.
• You take on entrepreneurial responsibility for budget, results, as well as cost, schedule, and quality targets of your department.
• You foster the professional and personal development of your team, encourage personal responsibility, and create an environment where people enjoy succeeding together.

Your Expertise

• You have a technical basic education in building services engineering, preferably in heating or sanitary systems, and have further qualifications at HF, FH level, or equivalent.
• You possess solid experience in project or department management and have successfully taken on leadership responsibilities.
• You think entrepreneurially, negotiate persuasively, and interact with customers and business partners confidently and on equal terms.
• You gladly take responsibility, think beyond your own area, and find pragmatic and sustainable solutions together with your team.
