Social Worker as Specialist Responsible for Special Education, 60%
For this responsible role within the network of mainstream schools, special schools, and parents, we are seeking a competent and committed person from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement
Your profile - we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (FH) or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in statutory social work, child and adult protection, case management, or a comparable field
- Interest in educational issues and diverse educational pathways
- Experience in coordinating complex processes and dealing with various stakeholders
- Independent, structured, and efficient working style
- Strong organisational skills and enjoyment of administrative tasks
- Own vehicle for visits to various institutions
We offer
- Specialist responsibility for planning, coordinating, and reviewing external special education, the associated processes, and networking with schools, special schools, specialist agencies, authorities, and other institutions
- Case management and support for children and young people in external special education and their parents
- Largely independent assurance of professional processes, efficient administration, and information
- Cooperative and reliable collaboration with school management, leaders, school administration, and specialist agencies
- Guided induction
- Contemporary working conditions with annual working hours aligned to the school year
