Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing for Aviation

Tasks

Collaborate within the small engine maintenance team and actively support daily operations
Program and manufacture workpieces using CNC-controlled machines and hyperMILL
Produce new components and gauges according to technical drawings, regulations, and sketches
Repair and maintain engine components, ground equipment, and airfield facilities
Support maintenance of the machinery fleet as well as management and upkeep of testing equipment

Requirements

Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ specialising in manufacturing or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience working with CNC machines and in mechanical manufacturing
Ideally, knowledge of the CAD/CAM software hyperMILL
High quality and safety orientation as well as an independent working style
Very good German skills and good technical English skills, as well as teamwork and resilience
