For a renowned company in the service sector in the Küsnacht ZH region, we are looking for an experienced, reliable and independent individual for a versatile position in finance and accounting with a deputy function.Specialist in Finance and Accounting (Deputy Head of Finance)
Your Tasks- Independent management of operational financial accounting
- Responsible preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Supervision and management of various client accounts
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns
- Support and deputise for the Head of Finance in day-to-day business
- Monitoring and reconciliation of general and subsidiary ledgers
- Participation in the optimisation and further development of internal financial processes
- Support in various projects in finance and accounting
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training with a federal diploma in finance and accounting
- Several years of solid professional experience in financial accounting
- Very good knowledge and experience in independently preparing monthly and annual financial statements
- Experience in client accounting and VAT
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience with Infoniqa ONE 200 is an advantage
- Independent, structured and precise working style
- High sense of responsibility, discretion and strong service orientation
