Your main tasks:
- Leading, commissioning, supporting, and controlling about 10 employees in the area of facility management/technology
- Checking the time recording of employees
- Obtaining quotes, coordinating third-party companies and maintenance contracts, as well as supporting technical projects
- Triggering orders and processing invoices in the area of technology
- Reporting and billing of additional orders
- General support of the supervisor/facility services manager in various areas
- Maintaining on-call manuals and providing on-call service if needed
Your profile:
- Completed technical training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) in the field of electrical, HVAC, or facility management/maintenance
- Further training in facility management or facility management is an advantage
- At least 2 years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable function
- Good PC skills (MS Office) and enjoyment in using specific internal tools
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Driver's license class B is an advantage
- High customer orientation and pronounced quality standards
- Independent, proactive, and structured way of working
