Medicine
In this responsible position, you ensure the smooth operation of our laboratory together with your team. This includes all practice-relevant hematological and clinical-chemical analyses, fully automated blood gas analysis, Quick determination, as well as cardiopulmonary function diagnostics. The dose-intensive X-ray is also part of the scope of duties.
You take over the personnel, professional, and organizational management of three employees and actively drive the further development of the laboratory.
Your Profile
- Training as a Biomedical Analyst HF
- Management training for leading a hospital laboratory Type B
- Analytical and strategic thinking, ideally with initial leadership experience
- Independent, solution-oriented, and committed personality
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- No weekend duties
