Merchant (Clerk Transport & Logistics)
Activities
- Creating and recording transport and logistics orders
- Responsible for the correct filing of all relevant delivery documents
- Checking delivery orders for billing
- Creating monthly invoices
- Administrative processing of customer complaints and damage cases via tool
- Responsible for the telephone switchboard
Requirements
- Basic training as a merchant EFZ or logistics assistant (SSC certificate) or equivalent training
- Good PC user skills, experienced handling of order entry system and Microsoft Office
- Good German skills in spoken and written, French is an advantage
- Experience in the transport industry is an advantage
