- Care and support of patients and relatives in the areas of surgery, medicine, and the women’s clinic during early and late shifts
- Independent organisation and responsibility for your own work area according to competencies
- Ensuring the quality of care throughout the entire nursing process
- Interdisciplinary coordination and constructive collaboration with various professional groups
- Support and guidance of apprentices, students and interns
- have completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH (SRK recognition required)
- have at least one year of professional experience in acute care in Switzerland
