Workshop Team Leader (a)
For our dynamic team in Weiningen ZH, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a strong leader, team-oriented and reliable personality as Workshop Team Leader.
Your tasks
- Leading the workshop team
- Planning and coordinating workshop activities
- Sales of all workshop services
- Responsible for the training of apprentices
- You repair and maintain commercial vehicles according to guidelines
- You create fault diagnoses and seek solutions for technical problems
- You support the workshop team in all technical matters
Your profile
- Training as an automotive mechatronics technician EFZ or related profession
- Further training as an automotive diagnostician completed, planned or already in training as well as trainer course
- Experience in repairing vehicles of all kinds, preferably commercial vehicles
- Broad expertise in mechanics and electronics as well as enthusiasm for the latest technology
- Interest in continuous further education to keep pace with the rapid development of the latest technologies
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working and procedural approach
- Valid driving licence category B (category C advantageous, otherwise you have the opportunity to complete this with us)
- You communicate fluently in the German language
