The Spitäler fmi AG, with over 1,600 employees, includes the two acute hospitals Interlaken and Frutigen, the psychiatry department of Spitäler fmi AG, the health centre in Meiringen, the senior centres in Frutigen and Interlaken, the rescue service with 5 locations, the walk-in clinic in Interlaken as well as various practices. As a modern hospital group, we ensure outpatient and inpatient, multidisciplinary medical and psychiatric care in the eastern and central Bernese Oberland.Project / Process Manager: Finance 80-100%

Your area of responsibility
- Management and implementation of projects in finance and administration – from the idea to go-live
- Analysis and redesign of processes – up to seamless end-to-end processes
- Standardisation and optimisation of workflows
as well as reduction of special solutions, media discontinuities and paper - Automation and innovation: evaluation and
implementation of innovative solutions - Bridge between specialist departments, IT and software
partners; responsibility for applications - Training and consulting of specialist departments as well as
collaboration in daily business, working groups and expert committees - Support of specialist departments and the CFO in special tasks
Your competencies
- Higher business or technical education
- Several years of experience in business activities, project and process management
- Enthusiasm for process automation and implementation strength
- Analytical, solution-oriented thinking, assertiveness and communication skills
- A flair for numbers, systems and people
- Initiative, service orientation and
solution-oriented action
