Elicitation and documentation of detailed business and system requirements for Channels Admin and Support Tool (CAST)
-
Collaboration with product teams, IT architects, security specialist and compliance stakeholders to align on access control frameworks
-
Configuration support and testing oversight during SIT and UAT for CAST-enabled functionalities
-
Maintenance of central artefacts: RACI matrices, permission models, traceability matrices and change logs
-
Facilitation of workshops and sign-offs with business representatives and control functions
-
Proactive identification and resolution of access-related dependencies and risks across initiatives
YOUR PROFILE
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis within a financial services organisation
-
Proven experience in eliciting, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements for IT applications and integrations
-
In-depth knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and identity & access management (IAM) frameworks
-
Understanding of core banking platforms and systems and their integration touchpoints
-
Experience configuring, testing or validating access rights and permissions in SIT and UAT phases
-
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain key artefacts: RACI matrices, permission models, traceability matrices, change logs
-
Experience facilitating workshops, gathering sign-offs and coordinating with business units and control functions (Legal, Compliance, IT Security)

Strong grasp of data privacy and security standards (e.g., GDPR, FINMA guidelines)

Fluency in English and good German language skills are mandatory
