Elicitation and documentation of detailed business and system requirements for Channels Admin and Support Tool (CAST)

Collaboration with product teams, IT architects, security specialist and compliance stakeholders to align on access control frameworks

Configuration support and testing oversight during SIT and UAT for CAST-enabled functionalities
-
Maintenance of central artefacts: RACI matrices, permission models, traceability matrices and change logs
-
Facilitation of workshops and sign-offs with business representatives and control functions
-
Proactive identification and resolution of access-related dependencies and risks across initiatives
YOUR PROFILE
-
5+ years of experience in business analysis within a financial services organisation
-
Proven ability to elicit, analyse, and document comprehensive business and system requirements for IT applications and integrations

In-depth knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and identity & access management (IAM) frameworks
-
Solid understanding of core banking platforms, systems, and their integration touchpoints
-
Practical experience in configuring, testing, or validating access rights and permissions during SIT and UAT phases

Demonstrated capability to develop and maintain key artefacts: RACI matrices, permission models, traceability matrices, change logs
-
Experience facilitating workshops, gathering sign-offs and coordinating with business units and control functions (Legal, Compliance, IT Security)

Strong grasp of data privacy and security standards (e.g., GDPR, FINMA guidelines)

Holders of relevant certifications such as CDPP, or Agile/Scrum credentials (POPM, PSPO, CSPO) are strongly preferred

Fluency in English is mandatory; proficient German language skills are beneficial

Organised and detail-oriented facilitator who excels in risk identification, stakeholder engagement, and driving outcomes through structured problem-solving
