About the job

• Organisation and administration of various consultations including appointment scheduling and coordination
• Preparation, documentation and maintenance of patient data as well as administrative support for clinical studies
• Execution of diagnostic and therapeutic routine tasks according to training level (e.g. blood sampling, recording vital parameters, punch biopsies)
• Recording of services as well as handling correspondence, telephone enquiries and emails
• Independent management of administrative processes and support of smooth practice operations

• Completed vocational training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or a comparable professional qualification
• Preferably several years of professional experience in a hospital or a larger medical practice
• Knowledge in oncology with a focus on gynaecology is an advantage
• Ability to handle complex tasks quickly and precisely, thereby ensuring both the quality and efficiency of workflows
• Confident German language skills; foreign language skills are an advantage
• Very good PC skills
