Your Tasks

• You plan, manage and work on demanding construction projects as a project manager as well as maintenance measures in civil and road construction and in urban drainage – from the study to commissioning, independently or together with your team.
• You are interested in the professional leadership of our dedicated civil engineering team, promote knowledge exchange and support the development of your employees.
• You take responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality in your projects.
• You work on projects in infrastructure management (road / wastewater).
• You are the contact person for our clients. In doing so, you support your superior in project acquisition and maintain long-term customer relationships in civil and road construction.

Your Profile

• You have a degree as a civil engineer (BSc or MSc).
• You bring professional experience as a project manager in civil and/or road construction / urban drainage.
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, even when several projects are running in parallel.
• You are communicative, approachable and convince with your confident appearance.
• You like to take responsibility, act entrepreneurially and actively contribute your own ideas.
• You are motivated, think positively and manage to inspire your team with your energy.
• You remain flexible and find the best way to the goal even in dynamic situations.
